Petal bases, a new unique way of basing up your armies on a single base yet with the look as if they were based on individual bases. Inspired by the various shapes available, we have called these petal bases as they represent the petals of a flower.

Each rounded area is approximately 20mm and connected to another 25mm shape forming a single base. This makes moving your armies around the battlefield easier yet with the varied look of formations running across open terrain.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Times & Procedure
As we produce all our products, we control our stock levels and are in control of production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock, we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 99% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our three business day target. However, at extremely busy times it may take up to 10 days for orders to ship.

Contact details - make sure your email address is correct and you include a contact phone number. The phone number is important as we need one if your order is being sent via courier, if you don't supply one then we need to contact you before we can ship your package, this is important if Paypal Express is your method of payment. Please add a phone number in the comments section if you have not entered one on the website.
