Billboard - 15mm
Item includes (1) 15mm scale billboard sign with your customized text or logo.
Custom engraved text is FREE and limited to two lines of 40 characters. If text is desired, please indicate what you would like engraved and choose a font as listed in the product images. Indicate where the two lines are located, i.e. top, bottom, one on top and one on bottom.
Custom engraved logo is included, but you will need to submit the image. Send image to 3ddzyn@gmail.com and note your invoice number and your name.
Image requirements are as follows:
1. Needs to be Black & White or grayscale image.2. Image format: (.png preferred) .png, .jpg, or .bmp
3. Simpler images tend to engrave better, but occasionally High Resolution grayscale image will work.
4. By submitting an image, you are stating that you own, have the rights too, or have permission to use the image you submit.Some assembly is required.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Processing Times & Procedure
As we produce all our products, we control our stock levels and are in control of production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock, we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 99% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our three business day target. However, at extremely busy times it may take up to 10 days for orders to ship.
Contact details - make sure your email address is correct and you include a contact phone number. The phone number is important as we need one if your order is being sent via courier, if you don't supply one then we need to contact you before we can ship your package, this is important if Paypal Express is your method of payment.
